A. Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. 
  • Full payment must be made by the due date specified in your invoice. 
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved payment platforms. 

2. Prices & Currency

  • All prices are quoted in EUR/USD (or as stated) and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
  • Prices are based on current exchange rates, taxes, and tariffs at the time of publication

3. Domestic Flights

  • Domestic flight prices are approximate and subject to availability at the time of booking. 
  • Final prices will be communicated during confirmation. 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or official request form).
  • Cancellation charges apply as follows (unless otherwise specified in your package): 
    • More than 45 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable 
    • 30–44 days before departure: 50% of package price
    • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of package price 
  • No refunds for unused services or no-shows. 

5. Changes & Amendments

  • We reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any changes requested by the client after booking may incur additional costs. 

6. Visas & Travel Documents

  • Guests are responsible for obtaining all required visas, travel permits, and valid passports.
  • We will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for visa refusal. 

7. Health, Safety & Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical, trip cancellation, and baggage cover) is strongly recommended.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and participate in activities.  

8. Group Size & Minimum Numbers

  • Some tours require a minimum number of participants.
  • In case the minimum is not met, alternative arrangements may be made.  

9. Meals & Special Requests

  • Indian meals can be arranged with prior notice at the time of booking.
  • Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.  

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • We acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, and service providers and is not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or force majeure events.
  • Guests participate in all tours and activities at their own risk.  

11. Governing Law

All bookings are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country  

B.Luxury Expedition Cruise Additional Terms

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Full payment must be received no later than 90 days prior to departure.  

2. Cancellation Policy

  • All refund requests (if eligible) will be processed according to the cruise line’s policy.
  • No refund for unused services, late arrivals, or no-shows. 
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected cancellations.  

3. Itinerary Flexibility

  • Expedition itineraries are subject to change due to weather, ice conditions, port restrictions, or operational needs.
  • The Captain and Expedition Leader have full authority to alter routes for safety and optimal guest experience.

4. Health, Fitness & Medical Requirements

  • Guests must ensure they are in good physical condition to participate in expedition activities
  • Some itineraries may involve zodiac landings, uneven terrain, and variable conditions. 
  • A medical questionnaire and clearance may be required prior to departure. 

5. Travel & Medical Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory, covering: 
    • Medical expenses 
    • Emergency evacuation and repatriation 
    • Trip cancellation or interruption 
  • Proof of insurance must be provided before embarkation. 

6. Included Services

  • All inclusions will be specified in the cruise package (accommodation, onboard meals, guided excursions, etc.). 
  • Optional excursions, specialty dining, premium beverages, and personal expenses are not included unless stated. 

7. Visas & Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, passports, and vaccinations as required by the itinerary. 

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • The company acts as an agent for cruise operators and service providers and is not liable for delays, itinerary changes, or force majeure events. 
  • Participation in all activities is at the guest’s own risk. 

9. Governing Law

All cruise bookings are governed by the laws and jurisdiction specified in the cruise operator’s contract of carriage. 

Booking Terms & Conditions for Private Jet Journeys

All refund requests (if eligible) will be processed according to the cruise line’s policy.
